Make Your Own CREATINE GUMMIES 😋

Ingredients:

+ 2-2.5 cups of fresh watermelon
+ juice from 1-2 limes
+ 3 medjool dates
+ 1/4 tsp salt
+ 12 servings of creatine (5g each; I use Thorne creatine)
+ 5.5 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder (I use Great Lakes Wellness)
+ silicone gummy molds & dropper


Directions:

Soak your dates in hot water for 5-10 minutes to soften.
Add the chopped watermelon, lime juice, softened dates, salt, and creatine to a high power blender.
Add the mixture to a pot, and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, without mixing it, for the gelatin to bloom.

Heat on medium-low heat and mix until everything dissolves together. Lay out your gummy molds on a tray. Use the dropper to fill your molds. Put them in the refrigerator until they solidify (about 15 minutes). Pop them out, store them in a container in the fridge, and eat one serving / day.

Number of gummies per serving will be the total number of gummies divided by 12 (or however many servings of creatine you added).
