Women’s circles are an opportunity for full authenticity in a shared space where you can be witnessed in love, by other women, and witness them through the eyes of love as well. Something magical, healing, potent, and irreplaceable happens when women witness other women, in all of our truth, mess, joy, sorrow, confusion, radiance, celebrations, etc. We remember our inherent permission to be as we are. We are incredible beings, and coming together with intention reminds us this is true, and brings us home into the sweetness of connection.

This is a Yes to soul nourishment, to creating a sacred pause, to dropping in with both self and community, and to unlocking clarity.

I lead and build each circle around a theme related to soul expression, human consciousness, expansion, and divine truth. There is space for group collaboration and adjustment based on what each specific gathering and group needs. Our time together may include journaling, movement, chanting, sharing, partner work, breakthroughs, release, and new commitments to yourself and your life.
